By accessing our website, booking a strategy session, or purchasing our infrastructure/consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Zobro Ltd provides high-level video editing infrastructure, workflow consulting, and digital asset management services ("The Service").

• No Guarantees: While we utilize 30 years of industry experience to provide "Director Class" infrastructure, we do not guarantee specific monetary results, viral fame, or business revenue. Your results depend on your execution.

3. PAYMENTS & BILLING

• Authorization: By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Chargebacks: You agree to contact us regarding any billing disputes before issuing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks will result in an immediate ban from our ecosystem and may be reported to relevant credit bureaus.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Our Assets: The "Zobro Protocol," our methodologies, code, and website design are the exclusive property of Zobro Ltd.

• Your Assets: Any raw footage or materials you submit to us remain your property.

• Deliverables: Upon full payment, the final video outputs and established infrastructure become your property.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Our Refund Policy is strictly defined on our separate Refund Policy page. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Refund Policy. Generally, due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of our work, refunds are not provided once work has commenced.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., abusive behavior, non-payment).

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
