1. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
Zobro Ltd (UK) and MBI International (UAE) maintain a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY on all services, consulting, and digital products.
By entering your payment information and completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer money-back guarantees, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. WHY WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS
Unlike physical goods, our value is provided in two irreversible forms:
Intellectual Property: Once you access our digital blueprints, templates, or knowledge, you cannot "return" them. You have consumed the value immediately.
Time & Labor: When you book a session or hire us for editing, we allocate limited human resources to you. That time cannot be recovered.
3. WAIVER OF CONSUMER RIGHTS
(Digital Goods) In accordance with UK and International Digital Commerce laws: By downloading or accessing any digital content from this site, you provide your express consent to the immediate performance of the contract and you explicitly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period).
4. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD WARNING
We have a Zero Tolerance policy for chargebacks. If you attempt to dispute a legitimate transaction with your bank (Chargeback) after receiving our services or digital assets, this will be considered fraud.
Consequence: We will immediately report the incident to the relevant financial fraud bureaus and credit reporting agencies.
Legal Action: Zobro Ltd reserves the right to pursue the disputed amount, plus legal fees and administrative costs, to the fullest extent of the law.
